In July 2020, I started Nova Vacations, the parent company of Luma Travel Co., as a simple hobby. I had just stepped away from a 15-year corporate career to stay home with my two daughters and if you know me, you know I can’t sit still for long. I’ve always been the planner in my circle whether it was family vacations, friend trips, or work travel. So I thought, why not start a travel agency.

What started as a side project during the pandemic quickly grew into a thriving boutique travel agency. The timing, surprisingly, was perfect. As the world began to open back up, so did the demand for personalized, thoughtful planning.

As Nova grew, more and more friends and connections started asking how they could get involved. That momentum sparked something even bigger. In 2025, my husband Ben and I launched Luma Travel Co., a training-based division of Nova created to mentor and support new advisors as they begin their own journeys in this amazing industry.

At the heart of it all, what truly drives me is helping people. I love collaborating with clients to create something that feels just right for them. Every trip should feel thoughtful, personal, and completely seamless, from our first conversation to the moment you return home.
